11 weeks and blooming!

Here is Olivia at 11 weeks of age, complete with ducky.
She is such a delight and just keeps getting bigger and bigger! I'm afraid she is going to grow out of her 0-3 clothes soon! She is now 3-1/2 weeks past her due date, so developmentally she's only expected to be one month old.


We're pleased, though, that she seems to be well into her second month as far as developmental progress. She gives us some number of big and little smiles every day, she lifts her head up when on her stomach (after rolling from her side onto her stomach) and works hard with her arms and legs to continue rolling, though that frustrates her after a bit. When held, she really enjoys holding her upper body upright and supporting her own head to look around at the world. It's so much fun watching her progress! She has also added 'talking' to her verbal repertoire - a series of coos and VERY sweet soft baby noises.
