In Action

The other weekend, we got to babysit Lyra for the first time, which was fun. She and Olivia are quite comfortable together. What you're not seeing in this picture is that just before this, Olivia walked off on her own, and Lyra put her hands on Olivia's shoulders and walked along behind her - SOOO cute!

I see the moon and the moon sees me. God bless the moon and god bless me.
Olivia has recently noticed the moon. Plane? Moon. Plane? Moon. She seems to be getting the idea that it's its own thing now, though. Here she is, by her favorite lavender pot, pointing at the moon.

Olivia and mama feeding each other porridge for breakfast. Bob has a really cute video of this, which hopefully he'll be able to post soon.

Olivia wokking. (Sorry, I couldn't resist). Olivia will try to sit in anything no matter the size or original intended use. She seems partial to cooking vessels...who knows what that's about?

Olivia leads the way back to the car after an afternoon at Wicken Fen, which we chose for a walk because the great boardwalk over and through the fens offers great opportunities for Olivia to do alot of walking on her own two feet, though she also did plenty of walking in mama's arms and on papa's shoulders.
